HIDEOUTDOOR is the door to a hideaway bar held once every few months at a certain place in Tokyo, which is completely closed to the public, and members, their addresses and phone numbers etc are all confidential.
The name of the bar is taken from the name of the work of Ms. Koh Aoki.

Our main bartender/chef sommelier, Hidenobu Nishimura, welcomes you with cocktails made with seasonal fresh fruits and the finest liquors from his travels around the world.

Bienvenu(e) à HIDEOUTDOOR !
HIDEOUTDOOR est la porte d’un bar situé à Tokyo, loin des regards indiscrets. Ouvrant seulement quelques fois par an, il est exclusivement privé, et son adresse, numéro de téléphone, etc., sont gardés secrets du grand public.
Le nom du bar vient d’une œuvre de Mme Koh Aoki.
(Si vous comprenez la référence, vous passerez alors très certainement un
moment plus qu’agréable à HIDEOUTDOOR.)
Notre principal barman et sommelier, M. Hidenobu Nishimura, vous accueillera avec des cocktails préparés avec des fruits frais de saison ainsi qu’une sélection des meilleurs alcools qu’il a pu acquérir lors de ses différentes voyages à travers le monde.
